I just read a recent interview with Ginger Baker, the great drummer of Cream fame. Wow, what a talented guy to come off in that interview as such a wanker! Sounded rather ungrateful, actually...we should all be so lucky. And, Jack Bruce has to be the greatest bassist he's ever played with, by a long shot - I don't care if it is a subjective measure!

I met The Eddie Bush Band in Columbia, SC this week, 08-15-2013. They are fantastic! You gotta see this band live. They will knock you OUT!
I'm presently working on a new song. It's about Aimee Mann! I'll be recording tracks for it tonight - I'm really excited about it!
I went to hear The Producers last night at Wild Bill's in Duluth, GA. I had a great time hearing all the familiar Producers tunes, and getting to hear some brand new songs too! Van Temple's voice is still great these days, and he showed some guitar work on the new songs that's nothing like the earlier stuff - it was great in a different way! Wayne Famous McNatt was in great spirits, and I got to speak with him after the show - that was fun! I hope to see them again soon!
Man, we had a great time at The Whistle Post! James was there, layin' down the phat bass grooves! Jano had the drums thumpin' just right, and the rest - well, the rest was Johnny Reid! Lots of great people dancin' and singin' the night away. We had Brian come up and help us sing "Johnny B. Goode." He can really belt it out - thanks, Brian! Chris has booked us back for October 19, so mark your calendars!
We had a great show in Conyers on March 9th! James Watkins came over from Columbia, SC to play bass. He sounded great, and we had a wonderful time! Thanks James! James will be coming back to Conyers to play with us on May 4th, at the Whistle Post Tavern. Be there, Sweet Children!
